Dale Thomas, Vice President, has more than 40 years of experience in senior corporate management, and for the past 21 years he has been involved in commercial real estate investment, development, and sales. Dale served as a Vice President of Pitney Bowes, after which he became President of NYNEX International Company and then President of NYNEX Properties that designed, constructed, leased, and managed over 45 million square feet of commercial facilities. Prior to joining John D Hastings, Dale was President of Headlands, Inc., where he invested in and developed a variety of commercial projects.
