Dale Karrh
Dale Karrh joined Newmark’s Atlanta office in 2007. With more than 25 years of experience advising companies on their real estate needs, Mr. Karrh plays an integral role in the Atlanta office. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Karrh worked for Carter Real Estate for five years as the senior vice president of Transaction Services, where he completed the “Deal of the Year” in 2005 and represented the Boys & Girls Clubs of America on its national headquarters requirement in 2006. In early 2007 he completed the largest office tenant representation deal completed at the firm in over a decade. Before his tenure at Carter, Mr. Karrh was the managing director of the Southeastern United States for Credit Suisse/First Boston’s Realty Corp. Mr. Karrh graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
