Dakotah joined Lee & Associates in November 2022. Dakotah began his career in real estate in 2015, working in a wide variety of roles that have helped to establish him as a go-to commercial real estate advisor. Dakotah previously served as Designated Broker overseeing brokerage operations in 3 states for a national firm, led sales teams, and personally helped over one hundred clients in the purchase, sale, or lease of properties. As an investor himself, Dakotah has participated in and raised capital for numerous commercial investment projects across the Midwest. Prior to real estate, Dakotah worked as a government relations professional in Washington, DC where he specialized in policymaking related to building construction, including tax incentives, energy efficiency, appraisals, financing, toxicology, and national security.
