Dak Dice

Born and raised in Breckenridge, CO, Dak Dice is a true Summit County native. Dak has been an active member of the community his entire life with multi-generational connections throughout Breckenridge. Dak offers a unique perspective to his clients with firsthand experience of the dramatic changes in our community over the past few decades. Dak’s real estate roots run deep as the son of Kirk Dice who is one of the founding members of Breckenridge Associates with a distinguished real estate career of 42 years in Summit County. For the past four years, Dak has partnered with his father on nearly 125 transactions totaling over $107 million in sales. After graduating high school, Dak took three years off to pursue his passion for ice hockey and finished up his career playing four years for the University of Colorado at Boulder. Dak graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder Summa Cum Laude with a degree in mechanical engineering in the top 3% of his class. Dak joined his father at Breckenridge Associates in January 2020. As a highly organized, hardworking and caring individual, Dak intends to be the second generation in his family with an illustrious decades-long real estate career in Breckenridge. His longstanding community insight coupled with a strong work ethic offers many benefits to clients looking to buy and sell real estate in the high country. When not in the office, Dak puts his former team captain experience to work as an ice hockey coach for Summit Lightning. He still enjoys the mountain lifestyle activities he grew up doing including camping, skiing, mountain biking, hockey, and golf.
