Cynthia Mawn La Terra focuses her daily efforts on providing dedicated tenant and buyer representation services to those acquiring office, retail, industrial and investment properties. Ms. La Terra is also known as a skilled marketing agent who consistently delivers positive results when assisting owners and developers sell or lease their commercial properties. For many years Cynthia worked with her father in their hospitality and restaurant businesses, eventually taking over the leadership role. Her experiences gave her invaluable insight into the needs of business owners and she uses that knowledge to benefit her clients. Ms. La Terra is an investor/owner of commercial properties which helps her deliver in-depth expertise to her representation services. Cynthia served as a vice president to the Greater Fort Lee Chamber of Commerce in the past and currently resides with her family in Bergen County.
