Cynthia Carter is a Senior Associate at CBRE specializing in leasing and marketing industrial and office properties for lease and for sale in Poway, and also works on select industrial projects in Carlsbad. Since 2020, Mrs. Carter has been involved in the leasing of nearly 2 million SF and the sale of 200,000 SF, with a total transaction consideration in excess of over $200 million. Prior to her move to San Diego, Mrs. Carter emersed herself in her work for Simon and Schuster, one of the largest book publishers, for nine years.
