Curtis Barlow

Curtis H. Barlow is Executive Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Lyle & Associates. His areas of activity include retail and office leasing, retail tenant representation, and land sales and acquisition. Most recently prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Lyle & Associates, he worked in commercial development throughout Southern California. Mr. Barlow has more than twenty years of nationwide and international corporate real estate experience including the development, leasing, and construction of commercial real estate. He has served as Vice President of Real Estate for Wal-Mart, Inc., Senior Vice President of Real Estate for The Vons Companies, Inc., Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Payless Shoe Source, Inc., and Vice President of Real Estate for Kinko’s, Inc (now FedEx Office). Mr. Barlow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from Arkansas Tech University, plus Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Arkansas. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is licensed to practice law in Arkansas.
