Curt Crandall

Curt Crandall is an experienced residential land expert focused on acquisition and disposition of land suitable for residential and multifamily development. His clients include land owners, private and public home builders, land developers, land investors and apartment developers. Crandall has extensive real estate acquisition, disposition, investment, development, financial modeling, approval processing, land development and management experience. Crandall co-founded CWP Advisors, a boutique real estate advisory firm providing receivership, management and brokerage services to lenders, servicers, owners, developers and investors. Over his career, he has managed acquisitions throughout Southern California for best-in-class builders and developers. He was Director of Acquisitions at Western National Group, a large private apartment owner/operator and he led acquisition efforts for Standard Pacific Homes (NYSE: SPF), a national homebuilder and land development company. Mr. Crandall began his career at Fluor (NYSE: FLR) where he managed a special projects team throughout the United States and Asia.
