Crystal Pheulpin is a highly experienced commercial real estate professional based in Western Maryland, specializing in multifamily investments, office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, farms, and land. With a strong foundation in Business Administration from Hagerstown Community College and a real estate license obtained in 2004, Crystal began her career by investing in multifamily properties and quickly expanded into property management. She runs a successful property management company, overseeing all aspects of operations, including staffing, tenant relations, maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Operating out of Black Diamond Realty's Hagerstown office, Crystal also serves clients in Pennsylvania. She is dedicated to contributing to the economic growth of Washington County and the broader Tristate area, using her extensive commercial real estate expertise to create tailored solutions that foster business success. Crystal joined Black Diamond Realty to further her mission of helping clients achieve sustainable, long-term growth within the commercial real estate market. Active in the community, she is a member of Washington County Leadership, South Central BNI group, the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, and the Landlord Association of Washington County.
