Crawford Prezioso

My role is to represent owners, landlords, users and tenants in the leasing, sale and disposition of commercial properties throughout Columbia and central South Carolina. My knowledge of the local Columbia market comes from a lifetime of living and growing in this community, then working with clients across the city and region. I have seen this city grow before my eyes and am excited for where it will grow next. With my background in business development and management, I understand the unique challenges and pain points that business owners face. My job is to advise and counsel you on your real estate decisions so that they align, support and advance your business goals. Clients rely on me to walk them through the real estate process and understand what comes next, and I ensure that you can trust me by remaining honest, transparent and accountable at all stages of my relationship with clients. I am very involved in the lacrosse community in Columbia. For the past few years, I have volunteered my time as the Offensive Coordinator of the Men’s Club Lacrosse Team at the University of South Carolina, where I myself played while in college. I have also previously volunteered with Heathwood Hall’s lacrosse program.
