Craig Waggner is a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group for Cushman & Wakefield with a focus on Middle Market Investment Sales. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield he was a Senior Director at Massey Knakal Realty Services where he began his career in 2003. While at Massey Knakal he was the proud recipient of the 2012 Annual Steven Spinola Award for demonstrated superior performance and dedication company wide. Mr. Waggner's proficiency and capability is unmatched in all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of investment-grade real estate, as well as development and redevelopment transactions, on behalf of both institutional and private capital clients across all property types. He has built a particularly strong presence in the Midtown South Manhattan marketplace, and prides himself on his market expertise, strong relationship building skills and diligent client service. His track record covers a broad spectrum of asset types and transaction structures. He has evaluated and sold various property types including office, mixed-use, multifamily, retail, developable land, townhouses, commercial condo/co-ops, air right transfers and even partial ownership interests. In the past 18 years, Mr. Waggner has analyzed and underwritten more than 1,800 buildings and closed in excess of 300 transactions totaling over $3.5 billion in aggregate consideration. Involved in several trade organizations, Mr. Waggner is an active REBNY member with the Commercial Brokerage Sales Brokers Committee and held a Board position with YMWREA for 3 consecutive years (as Treasurer, Governor and Education Liaison). Prior to joining Massey Knakal, Mr. Waggner worked with Cushman & Wakefield in the finance department and as an auditor for RGIS Inventory Specialists. Mr. Waggner resides in Lincroft, NJ with his wife, Jaclyn, daughter, Ella and son, Zachary.
