Craig Trbovich

Craig applies 35 years of experience as a CPA and an investor to help other owners and investors maximize their returns, bringing a strong financial and tax perspective to all aspects of commercial real estate ownership. His strengths include sales and leasing, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the development community and the local market. He understands the requirements of both sellers and buyers and has the latest technologies at his fingertips. In 1987, he formed the accounting firm of Cronstrom & Trbovich (currently CliftonLarsonAllen), and spent 17 years as partner in the firm. During that time he was in charge of all aspects of managing the growth and direction of the firm, which had 15 professionals at the time of his sale of the firm in 2004. He has also served on the City of Phoenix, Paradise Valley Village Planning Committee and as a board member of various nonprofit organizations. Craig’s mission is to provide commercial real estate sales, leasing and investment services to advance the interests of his clients. The foundation of his success is based on hard work and sound research, delivering superior customer service and treating all with honesty and integrity.
