Craig Sullivan

Craig Sullivan has been in commercial real estate for over 10 years. He joined Collins Commercial in 2001 which recently partnered with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services. Specializing in industrial and office transactions, he is an expert in the Orange County Airport Area and surround markets. Craig's experience includes small to multi-million dollar transactions representing clients ranging form small business owners and investors to large corporate clients and institutional property owners. Within the past 3 years he has been responsible for the sales and leasing of over 850,000 SF of commercial space with aggregate dollar volume of over $25,000,000. His excellent market knowledge and working relationships with the brokerage community has enabled him to successfully consummate real estate transactions from land/building identification and acquisition to final lease negotiations, as well as dispositions in a relatively short period of time. He considers his strengths to be satisfying the needs, requirements and desires of his clients quickly and exhibits those strengths in each real estate opportunity he is involved in. Craig is an active memeber of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), a graduate of California State Long Beach and has created a niche in the marketplace by representing non-profit and community building organizations within the country. Craig lives in Huntington Beach where he enjoys activities like surfing, mountain biking and volunteering.
