Craig Sims

Mr. Sims joined Southeastern Development Associates in 2015. His responsibilities include commercial development, sales, leasing, site acquisition and 3rd party brokerage in the CSRA. Prior to joining Southeastern, he worked in the medical device industry for 20 years. During these 20 years, Mr. Sims was also involved in several large tract residential developments involving over 600 acres of land, as well as land planning and commercial development. He is also a member of ICSC.
