Craig S. Ruoff is a Commercial Real Estate expert with over 30 years of local and national experience representing both Tenants and Landlords. Mr. Ruoff works with his clients to protect their short and long-term interests in lease negotiations, acquisitions, and sales. Ruoff has built an impressive reputation in the real estate industry and is well known for his expertise, and unique ability to devise creative solutions for his clients. Whether it is renewing or renegotiating leases, relocating, buying, or selling, Ruoff is also known for his dedication to his clients before, during and long after the transaction. Prior to joining Colliers, Ruoff was a Senior Director of Brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield where he specialized in tenant and landlord representation. Additionally, he spent over two decades with some of Westchester’s premier boutique commercial firms. Mr. Ruoff lives in Irvington, NY with his wife, son, and daughter.
