Craig Ramsay, Senior Broker at metaCRE, brings over 19 years of commercial real estate experience. Craig specializes in tenant representation, land acquisition/disposition and landlord leasing and sales. Craig has represented a variety of local and national retailers including but not limited to Noodles and Company, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Denny’s Restaurants, Taco Bell, KFC, Kool Smiles Dentistry, Resolution Dental, Athletico Physical Therapy and The UPS Store. During his real estate career, Craig has completed more than $125,000,000 in commercial real estate lease and sale transactions. Prior to joining metaCRE in 2020, Craig worked in retail brokerage for Veritas Realty. Craig is a graduate of Ball State University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
