Craig’s commercial real estate career began at CBRE where he learned the ‘art & science’ of leasing retail properties from some of the best retail brokers around the country. Within just a few short years, he was recruited by a large regional shopping center developer to manage all leasing activities in the company’s 5,000,000+ SF shopping center portfolio. In addition, he ran the company’s brokerage division and was also part of the executive team responsible for acquiring several grocery anchored shopping centers and expanding the company’s retail holdings. In early 2015, Craig co-founded Pinpoint Retail having won a major assignment to rebrand, reimagine and redevelop the first ever enclosed mall in the state of Pennsylvania now commonly known as The Block Northway. He and his team developed and executed a multi-year strategy that brought a ‘dead mall’ back to life and ultimately achieved a near 100% occupancy level at the 500,000 SF center all while securing over 30 new long-term leases for their client. Pinpoint was also successful in establishing a reputation as a trusted real estate advisor by delivering consistent results for its retail & restaurant clients including Apple, Nike, RH, Xfinity, Warby Parker, Bloomin’ Brands, Honeygrow, Mission BBQ, Wells Fargo Bank, Sheetz and others. In 2023, the opportunity presented itself for Craig to merge Pinpoint into Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis and the broader ChainLinks Retail Advisors national retail broker network. The move will provide access to a broader range of services, systems and data that will ultimately help serve his existing and future clients’ much better. Craig is a fourth generation “Pittsburgher”. He lives in the Pine Township area of Pittsburgh with his wife and best friend, Kelley. Together they have 2 awesome teenagers and just celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. Craig credits much of his professional success on being focused on winning at home first.
