Craig Petersen

Craig began his commercial real estate career in 1993, at NAI BT Commercial’s Palo Alto office. For the more than twenty years, Mr. Petersen has assisted his corporate clients with strategic real estate planning, site assessment, acquisition and disposition in The Silicon Valley and Peninsula region. He has successfully represented companies ranging from first round start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Petersen focuses on process management that encompasses all aspects of the relocation process, which includes his client’s dealings with outside vendors such as contractors, facilities managers, furniture vendors, attorneys, architects, and phone, data and security vendors. By organizing a cohesive team, Mr. Petersen is able to streamline the process and save his clients time and money. In addition, Mr. Petersen has consistently shown the ability to be creative in order to assist his clients with challenging and complicated real estate situations.
