Craig Mariani

Craig, who is one of the co-owners of Tessier, joined the team in 2007. He has over 20 years of experience in management, systems development and customer service. Craig currently manages the Property Management Division of Tessier, where he is responsible for the oversight of the 80+ properties managed in the Tessier portfolio. Before joining Tessier, Craig worked as Corporate Systems Manager for Campus Crest Real Estate Management based in Charlotte, NC, and prior to Campus Crest, Craig oversaw the physical plant management of nearly 2,000 residential and commercial units during his three-year tenure at another local real estate company. He has an AAS in Adventure Sports, a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Warren Wilson College and an MBA from Western Carolina University.
