Craig Castor is a native of Orlando and a veteran business professional with over 40 years of combined experience in construction, insurance, and risk management and commercial real estate industries. Craig has been in commercial real estate for 15 years and specializes in full-service occupier representation, and developing real estate strategies for his clients including efficient space use, portfolio management, site selection, negotiating leases, aggressively marketing subleases, relocations, and space consolidations. Craig’s sole focus is developing real estate solutions that will increase profitability and create value for his clients. Prior to joining the corporate real estate industry, he had over twenty combined years of experience in commercial construction, business insurance with risk management. After working his way through college, Craig received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Florida State University in 1982.
