Craig Carlisle

Craig Carlisle has been involved in commercial real estate since 2003, during which time his responsibilities have included site selection and acquisitions for RED and third party developers, investors, general commercial sales and listings, tenant representation, income and investment acquisitions and sales. Prior to joining RED, Craig worked for Lincoln Harris out of their Corporate Office (Charlotte) for three years. Craig headed up their investment sales divisions regarding both their acquisitions and dispositions in that time. Craig started his own real estate investment firm in 2004 (Morgan-Carlisle CREA), where he served as the leading Principal of the firm. Craig has been in the commercial real estate industry for 10 years and has been recognized on multiple occasions by the CRCBR. Throughout his career, Craig has been directly involved in real estate transactions totaling over $75,000,000 in value. In addition to the above referenced responsibilities, Craig specializes in 1031 transactions, asset management, investment sales and working with closely held family entities with real estate holdings. Craig is a native Charlottean and is actively involved in charitable and community activities; including, Junior Achievement of Charlotte, Charlotte Succession Group, First Tee of Charlotte, and Grandfather Home for Children. Craig is married, has four children and lives in Charlotte.
