Craig is a dedicated capital markets professional, specializing in multifamily investment sales, and commercial investment sales & advisory in the Florida markets. Over his career, he has been directly involved in transactions across multiple states, with sales volume in excess of $500m as of EOY 2022. Additionally he focuses on sourcing land for developers, representing over 1,000 units across several new multifamily Class A developments in the Tampa Market. Prior to forming Seacrest Advisors, Craig spent 5 years with Colliers East Region Multifamily team, and 2 years with BRES Florida.
