Craig Brinitzer

Craig Brinitzer is an Executive Managing Director in the Sacramento, California, office of Newmark, where he specializes in office leasing and investment sales. Since joining the firm, Brinitzer has negotiated over 1,300 transactions, totaling in excess of 24.0 million square feet and $2.5 billion in consideration. He has been nominated every year for the past 20 years for the Association of Commercial Real Estate’s (ACRE’s) Sacramento Office Broker of the year award and was rewarded with this top honor in 2005, 2007, and 2020. Brinitzer is also the recipient of the coveted Russ Thompson Award, which is given to the individual who exemplifies the ethics, integrity and team-player attitude promoted within Newmark. Brinitzer is an active member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and lifetime member of the California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation.
