Courtney Lavender

Courtney Lavender has over nineteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Vista Management Company and is responsible for all facets of property management and leasing of retail shopping centers within the Vista Management portfolio. She is actively involved in all aspects of third-party management services as well as tenant representation. Courtney has been instrumental in the growth of Vista’s management portfolio and making sure operations at the properties are running smoothly and efficiently including budget and cash flow management, physical maintenance and she manages the annual ad valorem tax process of appeals, hearings and settlements for the Vista portfolio. Courtney works hand in hand with property owners to ensure they are getting the most value out of their property and to develop long standing relationships with tenants. Further, she is responsible for drafting and negotiating leases for all sites which include ground up retail development, existing retail and office. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree, she moved to Austin where she resided for three years and worked in the residential mortgage banking industry before relocating to Houston. Courtney was born and raised in Houston, and has been a resident of Katy, Texas since 2004 where she lives with her husband and two children.
