Born and raised in Clovis, Coryne is passionate about helping business owners locate properties that set them up for success in the Central Valley. Coryne’s clients benefit from her responsiveness, creativity and attention to detail. Coryne is mentored under Troy A. McKenney, senior vice president of Newmark Pearson Commercial since 1987, a broker well-known throughout the commercial real estate industry for his expertise in investments, sales and leasing across the Central San Joaquin Valley and nationwide. Coryne joined Newmark Pearson Commercial as a marketing and research intern in 2016. As an intern, she focused on market research, seeking out new market opportunities, compiling comparable sales and analyzing market trends.
