Cortland Lioi

Cortland Lioi joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2020. Based out of the West Coast office, Cortland specializes in the dispositions and acquisitions of single-tenant net-leased properties nationwide. Leveraging his investment knowledge and work ethic, he has built long-standing relationships with private clients, national operators, developers, private equity firms, and REITs. Cortland started his real estate career in 2017 and has developed a reputation for providing unparalleled experience and improving clients' investment positions. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Communication and a Minor in Real Estate Development/Finance. Cortland lives in Newport Beach, CA. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, fishing, coaching lacrosse, and spending time with his friends and family.
