As the newly appointed Director of Commercial Real Estate at Chase International, Corry provides clients with a comprehensive, one-stop brokerage solution for all their residential and commercial real estate needs. His expertise spans sales, acquisitions, leasing, property management, and investment strategies, offering clients tailored solutions designed to drive long-term value. Corry has earned a reputation as a trusted leader in Northern Nevada's real estate market, with deep experience across a diverse range of property types, including multifamily, industrial, office, and retail shopping centers. Corry’s client-centric approach ensures that each strategy is personalized, aligning with both private investors and institutional clients to achieve their specific goals. Before joining Chase International, Corry served as Director of Commercial Property Management at Dickson Commercial Group in Reno for 9 years, overseeing a portfolio of 6.5 million square feet of commercial space and 700+ residential units, while managing a team of 20 staff members. He also held roles with CBRE, Inc., where he helped manage more than 80 industrial buildings (12+ million square feet) for Blackstone's Indcor portfolio; supervised facilities and maintenance for over 1 million square feet of Class "A" office, retail, and industrial properties at NAI Alliance, and was a licensed General Contractor in Nevada for nearly a decade. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is deeply involved in giving back to the community. He serves as President of the BANN Builders Association Charity, President-Elect of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and former President of the Reno Rotary Foundation. Corry holds a Nevada Real Estate Broker's License, Nevada Property Management Permit, and the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
