Cori Nix

Cori Nix is a Senior Vice President at CBRE | Raleigh. Cori joined the team in 2017, bringing with her over nine years of commercial real estate experience. As a member of the Retail Services team, Cori focuses on tenant representation and investor leasing services. While having a strong focus on the Triangle, Cori has also helped multiple tenants roll out market strategies across North Carolina with a heavy focus from the Triad Region to the Coast. Her Landlord experience includes grocery anchored shopping centers, single tenant and multi tenant strips as well as mixed use life style centers. Prior to joining CBRE | Raleigh, she worked as a Tenant Retail Broker at The Shopping Center Group, some of those accounts include Panera Bread, Sprouts, Papa Murphy’s Pizza, Supercuts and Harbor Freight Tools, Outback and BJ’s Brewhouse.
