Corey Egan

Corey is an Associate in the St. Louis office of CBRE with a focus on private capital investment property sales. Corey specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment-grade properties. He has spent over a decade in the multifamily industry. Prior to joining CBRE, Corey worked in the real estate tech industry founding an online marketing platform for rental properties in Kansas City. During this same period, he founded a full service leasing brokerage specializing in lease-up projects for owners and managers of new multifamily developments. As an investor himself, Corey has a strong understanding of intelligent real estate investment strategies aimed at maximizing returns for his clients. He brings with him an entrepreneurial mindset with an intense focus on customer service and an in-depth understanding of strategic investments.
