Cooper Bagheri is a tenant representative in the Houston office of C&W of Texas, Inc. Cooper represents local, national and global companies in evaluating and negotiating their facilities lease, purchase, disposition requirements and portfolio assignments while mitigating risk and enhancing the overall resourcefulness of the space occupied. Cooper follows and studies (both at a national and local level) workplace trends, new developments, debt and equity markets and how these factors influence and bolster his representation of his clients on each assignment. He is known for his diligent work ethic, attention to detail and relentlessness to achieve each client’s goals. Cooper specializes in financial analysis, site selection, business development, market research and lease document negotiations. Cooper has been involved in several hundred real estate transactions throughout his career.
