Conor has worked in commercial real estate brokerage since 2005 after graduating from McGill University with a B.Comm, majoring in finance. He moved to NAI Commercial in 2015 after having worked at DTZ Barnicke (now Cushman Wakefield) for 10 years. Conor brings over 17 years of experience and a client-centered consulting approach to commercial real estate transactions. His business has evolved over the years and he has leased and sold hundreds of properties across many asset classes including industrial, retail, multifamily and land. Today he concentrates on brokering land assembly/development and investment properties. His diverse array of transactions has made him extremely versatile and creative when it comes to negotiating complex transactions. His focus is largely in Vancouver’s downtown office market extending to Gastown, Railtown, Mt. Pleasant, Broadway Corridor and the surrounding markets, completing hundreds of lease transactions over the past 10 years from the Vancouver office. He has a wealth of experience working with local developers, investors and tenants, securing developments sites, income properties and strata office/retail across Metro Vancouver. He also works closely with tenants negotiating leases, renewals, subleases and expansions.
