Conor Evans serves as Vice President for Colliers in San Diego, part of a team specializing in multi-tenant and corporate headquarters life science and office leasing, emphasizing strategic landlord services and countywide tenant representation. Conor advises clients on life science, office, and flex properties, facilitating the discovery and acquisition of opportunities tailored to their business needs through collaborative efforts, aiming to fulfill both short and long-term real estate objectives. Additionally, he assists institutional and private clients to maximize asset value through leasing, stabilizing, and selling assets with a thorough and diligent approach that encompasses all aspects of the transaction process. Prior to joining Colliers in 2024, Conor was a Managing Director and Associate Director at Newmark where he was recognized as a Rising Star for five consecutive years. Prior to that he was an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield. While finishing his degree, he interned for two consecutive summers at Cassidy Turley, supporting teams specializing in tenant representation and industrial leasing. Conor was recognized as a Rising Star at Newmark for 5 consecutive years and top producer in 2021.
