Connor is a commercial real estate specialist who takes pride in developing long-term relationships and creating value in any leasing, advisory, acquisition or disposition mandate. Connor values providing honest and open service to every client in obtaining fast and sufficient results. Since joining Cushman in 2018, Connor and his team have executed numerous small to large-scale industrial, retail, office, mixed-use and investment projects across South Western Ontario. With an analytical background, Connor closely monitors market trends to offer his clientele the most up-to-date and accurate market intelligence. In the wake of COVID 19, Connor has witnessed firsthand the effects the pandemic has had on business locally and internationally. Connor acknowledges the difficulties COVID-19 has had and places an emphasis on providing his clientele with grounded and reliable advice to meet sufficient ends. Having a family background in commercial real estate, Connor studied economics and political science prior to specializing in brokerage services. Throughout his professional career, Connor has been highly active in industrial leasing and sales, while also executing large investment sales of retail, office and other assets outside of the industrial sector.
