Connor Silva

Connor specializes in commercial real estate, focusing on developer representation for leasing and pre-leasing retail shopping centers, as well as tenant representation for retail brands. He is driven to prioritize his clients' needs and leverage his extensive negotiation experience to secure the best deals. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Connor moved to Austin to pursue a career in commercial real estate brokerage. Since relocating in August 2023, he has been featured in the Austin Business Journal twice and has quickly established himself as a promising young broker at RESOLUT RE. His clients include Moontower Saloon, MNO Partners, Kelly's Irish Pub, The Fresh Monkee, Red Light Method, Teapioca Lounge, Trianon Coffee, Goodfellas Pizza Pasta and Vino, and Garcia's Mexican Restaurant. Connor earned a BA in Public Relations and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
