Connor McRae

Connor McRae specializes in leasing, sales and development of industrial real estate throughout the Greater Los Angeles Basin, with his primary focus being on that of the Central Los Angeles and South Bay submarkets. Joining Colliers International in 2018, Connor amassed transactions volume of more than $85-million on his way to becoming the “Rookie of the Year” for the firm’s Southern California region. He has continued to build off of this success every year since, now responsible for $600-million of industrial transactions during his six-year tenure with Colliers. In 2020, Connor became the designated local market expert and leasing agent for 4.5-million square feet of industrial multi-tenant business parks in the City of Commerce for two institutional ownership groups. From this inventory alone, Connor controls a minimum of 6% of the Commerce submarket’s total industrial inventory, and nearly 3% of the Commerce/Vernon industrial base at any given time. Through this exposure, Connor is privy to real time market intel and provided access to a heightened level of visibility into the market that few others are afforded. Prior to a career in brokerage, Connor was a traveling member on the USA Men’s Rugby National Team, playing in numerous international tournaments while concurrently earning his double degree in B.S. Business Management from Arizona State University (W.P. Carey), and B.S. Entrepreneurship from Singapore Management University (Lee Kong Chian), respectively.
