Connor Krouse

Connor Krouse joined Lee & Associates as an Associate in July 2018. Connor's career began as a summer intern with Lee & Associates in 2016 as a marketing and research specialist, where he surveyed the Greater Cleveland area for Real Estate opportunities. Connor's focus is primarily in the office and industrial group working with industry veterans Abram Schwarz and Brad Coven, assisting in landlord and tenant representation throughout Northeast Ohio. Connor has specialized in working with local Landlords and Tenants in the lease or purchase of office and light industrial properties in the Cleveland market. During Connor’s young real estate career at Lee & Associates, he has handled the exclusive leasing of the Coven Goldman portfolio of over 1,500,000 square feet of office/warehouse buildings in several different suburban areas in and around the Greater Cleveland area. Also, Connor has worked with his partner – Abram Schwarz – and have handled the exclusive leasing of two Class-A Office Park’s, Park Center Plaza & Corporate Plaza (Approximately 660,000 SF in Total) in Independence, Ohio on the Rockside Office Corridor.
