Connor Kerr joined Savills Chicago office in 2022 as Senior Managing Director focusing exclusively on tenant representation in the office sector. His brings his clients a consultative approach to the leasing process, developing and implementing custom occupancy strategies specific to each company’s financial and operational needs. A Chicago market expert, Connor has a particular expertise in complex lease negotiations and guides portfolio strategies for multi-national corporations locally, domestically and around the world. Connor’s experience and expertise has resulted in successful negotiations on behalf of companies across many industry sectors including consulting, legal, technology, financial services and non for profit. Connor brings over 20 years of experience to each client engagement. He joined Savills from CBRE where he served as senior vice president. His track record of success includes recently representing West Monroe Partners in the relocation of their corporate headquarters in downtown Chicago.
