Connor Finch

Connor Finch is an expert in leasing and sales of commercial real estate throughout Sacramento and Northern California. As Senior Vice President of brokerage services, Connor works primarily with tenants to find long-term lease and purchase solutions with his 10 years of industry experience and vast knowledge of the local and capital markets. After graduating from Southern Methodist University in 2015 with a BBA in Real Estate Finance, Connor was immediately promoted from intern to Analyst at C-III Realty Services in Dallas, TX, where he worked for 3.5 years assisting in the sale of nearly $400 million worth of office, industrial, and retail properties and distressed loans all over the country on behalf of C-III Special Servicing. From 2018 to early 2021, Connor worked in Sacramento, managing and leasing industrial properties for Jackson Properties. During this time, Connor became the top leasing agent at the company, completing approximately 200 leases and renewals per year. With a vast knowledge of sales and leasing, Connor quickly became the broker of the year at Ethan Conrad Properties in 2022 and was the runner-up in 2021 and 2023.
