Connor Cree

Connor Cree joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Seattle office in 2016 and is recognized as one of the region’s strongest industrial brokers. Connor works with his team to represent and coordinate effective market strategies for industrial tenants and property owners doing business throughout the Puget Sound industrial sub-markets. Connor pays particular attention to Seattle and the Kent Valley industrial market, where regional and national interest continues to grow, capitalizing on excellent multi-modal transportation corridors, and opportunistic land opportunities in sub-markets throughout the Puget Sound. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield - Seattle, Connor worked in various capacities, including time with CB Richard Ellis’s Bellevue office, where he maintained past and present CBRE office sales, provided marketing support to company brokers, and met with tenants regarding landlord listings and tenant representation. Connor was a Division 1 intercollegiate athlete, were he played football for the University of Washington Huskies on a full athletic scholarship from July 2011 to December 2013. In his free time, Connor enjoys playing golf, travel, and fitness.
