Colton's journey from rural beginnings to a prospering career in commercial real estate showcases his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence. Hailing from Southwest Kansas, he engaged actively in his local community of Cimarron, KS and pursued his professional & entrepreneurial interests. Colton earned his associate's degree from Garden City Community College, accompanied by a Marketing Management certificate, displaying his multifaceted learning approach. Graduating as student body president in 2020, he entered Wichita State University for further education. While at WSU a pivotal summer internship at Spirit AeroSystems revealed Colton's ethical acumen and ability to navigate complex corporate settings. This experience set the stage for his subsequent role at the Martens Companies in September 2022, where he excelled as a brokerage assistant. On May 13, 2023, Colton proudly graduated with a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship-Real Estate, complemented by minors in Marketing, Management, and International Business. This diverse educational foundation paved the way for his transition into a full-time role as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor. Colton aims to leverage his expertise and resources to work toward a strong advisory role, contributing impactful guidance to the commercial real estate sector.
