Collin Wheeler is a First Vice President of CBRE with over 15 years experience as a Commercial Real Estate advisor. Mr. Wheeler is one of the leaders of the office investor services team in Columbus, OH focusing on Office Landlord Representation and Investment Sales. Collin joined CBRE in 2020 following a growing career at JLL, where he built a market-leading Office Agency Team as an Executive Vice President of the Columbus office. Mr. Wheeler’s Office Agency Team represented many high-profile office assets across Central, OH with an unrivaled focus on creative marketing, underwriting and asset positioning. During his tenure at JLL, Collin was consistently recognized as a Top Achiever for revenue production across the US. Prior to his 10 years with JLL, Collin began his career in Washington, DC with Savills/Studley where his analytical background kick-started his career in real estate advisory. Mr. Wheeler has been fortunate to apply large-market (DC) leading strategy to his Columbus-based business, where his team’s delivery is unparalleled. With a specialty in office brokerage, Collin has specific expertise in understanding the full spectrum of real estate investment strategy and has also executed a variety of corporate headquarters and strategic planning transactions on behalf of occupiers. Prior to returning “home” to Columbus from Washington, DC, Mr. Wheeler was twice awarded with Deal of the Year awards, which included acting as the financial engineer and owner’s rep on the acquisition, development and sale-leaseback of NPR’s 400,000 HQ. Collin has executed over 550 transactions in his career which combines for just over $1.3 billion in volume. Over the past 10 years in the Columbus market, Collin has represented many of the largest office leasing transactions and investment sales on behalf of his investor/landlord clients.
