Collin Newton

San Antonio native Collin Newton graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a double major in History & Spanish. He began his career in 2014 at Trinity Real Estate Finance, where he assisted in the underwriting and closing of over $1B in commercial loans over seven years. He joined Centro Properties in 2021 to expand its commercial real estate presence. Collin is involved in property management, leasing, and sales of commercial properties. Outside of work, you’ll typically find Collin enjoying the Pearl, Southtown, and Downtown San Antonio with his wife and their son. He is also an avid skier, loves crabbing in Galveston Bay, is an experienced world traveler, and is a huge sports enthusiast. Collin is a member of Urban Land Institute San Antonio, Alamo Kiwanis, Club Giraud and Town Club.
