Colleen Mason

Colleen officially joined the commercial real estate industry in 2015 but her overall development, sales, and leasing experience can be traced back to the early 2000’s during her time as a small business owner. Through the acquisition and renovation of an historic mixed-use building in Downtown Omaha to house her company, Colleen established an early understanding of real estate as an investment vehicle and primary component of a healthy, diversified portfolio. This first-hand experience as an owner remains at the core of each project and transaction she engages with clients and industry partners. Since 2015, Colleen has worked with an array of clients ranging from small businesses and homeowners to investors and developers to achieve their real estate goals. She has completed successful transactions across all real estate sectors, including retail, office, industrial, residential, and multifamily. Her diversified experience provides unique insight to the finer details of commercial real estate and a keen awareness of each client’s specific needs. Colleen’s real estate career has been rooted in the belief that communication, dedication and transparency are the foundations of a life-long client relationship. Colleen’s early experience with historic building’s also ignited a passion for analyzing and structuring urban infill and redevelopment projects. She has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of urban development including site selection, pre-construction, zoning and urban design regulations, land use policies, City and State tax credits, tax increment financing and community relations. She works directly with clients to identify redevelopment and development sites, site assemblage, financial analysis, project management and development consultation. With her work in the revitalization of Omaha’s Little Bohemia neighborhood, Colleen has also proven her ability to successfully engage the community to create opportunities for individuals and businesses alike. Colleen’s collaborative approach to creating strong partnerships has awarded her with strong and effective relationships within Omaha’s business, philanthropic and municipal sectors. Colleen’s vast experiences have allowed her to play an active role in the marketing, negotiating, financing, management and sales aspects of commercial real estate, all of which makes her extremely knowledgeable within the real estate industry.
