Direct day to day operations and leasing/sales for 22 properties encompassing office, warehouse, retail and residential portfolio (approximately 500,000 SF and 70 residential units). Responsible for all leasing, prospecting and marketing. Secure and retain Tenants for all properties. Coordinate Tenant build-outs and development project budgets with construction teams, maintenance, architects, legal and local municipalities. Identify potential acquisition, sale and trade properties. Create and retain relations with investors and/or possible partners. Assist facilities supervisor in all areas of property management. Establish rental income budgets, monitor actual vs. budget incomes and provide recommendations to ownership for improved facilities. Responsible for portfolios delinquent collections, tenant relations and oversee all condo associations.
