Colette Santana

Colette works on the Central Florida Retail Advisory Services Team, specializing in leasing and is responsible for leasing a 2.8 million square-feet Agency Landlord portfolio. Colette is very active in the market and is known for curating interest from unique Tenants on both a National and Local level. Colette is also active on the Tenant representation side, helping with the expansion of both local and national Tenants. Colette began her Real Estate Career at a local firm before transitioning over to Cite Partners in 2016. When Cite Partners was aquired in December of 2018, Colette made the transition over to JLL with the rest of her firm. Originally from Tampa, Florida, Colette moved to Orlando in order to obtain her Bachelors of Science in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. Colette is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida and has earned the Master in Commercial Property (MiCP) designation from The Lipsey Company. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has been on the Next Generation Leadership Board since 2018. Colette is also an active member of NAIOP. She has been the membership chair since 2019 and is currently on the Board of Directors. She is also active in the community and is the Chair of her Relay for Life team, Cancer Haters, who is attending their third event this year in May. Her team has won numerous award from their fundraising including Rookie of the Year in 2018 and Best Friends & Family Team in 2019.
