Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap he worked as a financial analyst for a property management organization where he developed the ability to accurately evaluate a retail property and found a passion for Commercial Real Estate. His focus is directed towards building strong relationships, exceptional communication, high quality service, and his ability to execute. Coleman aims to help put his clients in a position to achieve success in their investment however his clients choose to define that. Coleman was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina where he then moved to Ohio to attend Miami University, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and minored in business. During his time in both high school and college, he worked in the hospitality industry where he honed his work ethic, time management abilities, and his interpersonal skills. In his free time, Coleman enjoys fishing, recreational sports, exercise, and cooking.
