Coleman Brown, CCIM

Ever since Coleman joined Columbia Commercial in the summer of 2015, he has been committed to facilitating the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties throughout SW Washington & Oregon. Along with a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, he holds managing real estate licenses in both Oregon and Washington. In 2017, he was the recipient of the Rookie Broker of the Year award presented by the Oregon/SW Washington chapters of CAB, SIOR, and NAIOP. Coleman is an esteemed board member of the Commercial Association of Brokers Portland Chapter (CAB). Prior to joining Columbia Commercial Properties, Coleman completed his undergraduate degree in finance from Linfield College. In his free time, he enjoys working out, golfing, and spending quality time with his furry friend, Bruce.
