As an Associate Vice President within the Colliers Dallas office, Cole specializes in the marketing and leasing of a diverse portfolio of office properties representing both private and institutional clients. Cole ensures he is offering the highest level of service to his clients with clear communication and strategic marketing for each individual asset he represents. His markets of focus are Dallas, Irving, and the mid cities where he specializes in Landlord representation services. He brings a unique perspective to the team due to his prior firms background in ownership and operation of office buildings. Prior to joining Colliers, Cole spent the first five years of his career at TXRE Properties, where he assisted in growing the portfolio of 2.2 to 7.5 million square feet. Cole was responsible for leasing 3 million square feet of the portfolio and completed 450 lease transactions during his tenure there.
