Cole McFadden

Cole Graduated from the University of Alberta with a B.Comm in Finance and Real Estate in 2018 when he started his career with ONE Properties, working in roles of financial analysis, development, and leasing. He has experience with a broad range of asset classes including industrial, retail, and office, with his primary focus being the Edmonton Industrial market. Cole is currently involved with the NAIOP Developing Leaders program and acts as an adviser to students at the University of Alberta during their NAIOP Battle of Alberta challenge. At TAG, Cole works alongside the Vice President Development in managing all our land development projects across the region.
