Cole Frazier

Cole attended the University of North Texas as a member of the Mean Green football team and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2011 acquiring his BBA in Real Estate. He began working for Frazier Commercial Real Estate in 2010 and is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the Denton Chamber of Commerce. Cole is now the welcome director with L.E.A.D., a volunteer organization of the Denton Chamber of Commerce. Cole was also a 2014 graduate of the Leadership Denton program. Cole is involved in all types of commercial real estate transactions including project development, tenant/landlord representation, and all commercial property sales. Cole is also the Property Manager for Frazier Group Property Management, a commercial and residential property management division of Frazier Commercial Real Estate. Cole enjoys spending time with his wife, hunting, and attending Texas Rangers’ baseball games. Cole is local to Denton and is a proud supporter of the Mean Green. Caw Caw!
